Why Join

Candex gives suppliers access to thousands of fee paying jobs from top employers all over the world and it offers a social interface designed for linking to and building relationships with employers. There is no cost to join Candex and if your practice excels at finding talent, you can reap substantial rewards. Recruitment partners find it useful for expanding revenue streams by forming new relationships and targeting new industries and new geographies.

• Standard membership
  Standard membership is the entry level to Candex and it is restricted to recruitment professionals that are referred to us by our clients. Standard members can work on jobs posted to open market or with companies where they are preferred suppliers.
• Elite membership
  Candex grants Elite membership status to certain recruitment partners who qualify through their high standard of performance. Since Elite members can work on any jobs posted by our clients, they effectively get on the preferred supplier list of every company using Candex.

In order to become an Elite member, the supplier has to be approved by a special committee of the Candex Board of Directors. That committee is chaired by Piers Marmion and John Bowmer and it meets monthly to review candidacy.
