Marketplace jobs
When you log in, you can see thousands of open jobs posted by companies from all over the world. You can search the jobs by function, by industry, by geography, or by keyword.
Job details
You can click on the job title to read the detail about the job.
Employer profile
You can view an employer's profile, though some information is not available until you are engaged or have a relationship with the employer.
Engagement request
If you like the job, you can request engagement and write the employer a note explaining why you want to work on their job.
Active jobs
When they accept you, the job moves to your active list, and you can freely send candidates.
Candidates
You can see the candidates that you sent to that job and the status that an employer has selected for your candidates.
Transactions
When the employer hires someone, the transaction shows under future transactions. Sixty days after the start date, the transaction moves to the transaction page and you can withdraw your money in any currency that you choose.
