About The Position
Candex is looking for a passionate Account Success Manager to join our San Francisco, CA office.
You’ll be on the front lines supporting and setting up our customers for success
Work with new customers to develop roll-out and expansion plans across their team/department/division
Lead all post-sales activities for customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
Ensure existing customers are on track to expand
Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to customers
Develop a positive, trusted relationship with your customers by providing value throughout the customer partnership.
Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value
Customer Success and Support can be stressful. We are looking for folks who can maintain calm, and a sense of humor, under pressure.
3 to 7 years leading or participating in business or technology projects, preferably in a consulting environment
Experience in Customer Success, Sales, Support/Service or customer facing roles
Ability to land confidently at a client and command the room without being the boss of the room
Customer-focused, enthusiastic, positive and service-oriented
Skilled at problem-solving, decision making, and ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and written communication skills
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to customer locations and/or work remotely from those locations
Ability to work with minimum direction to achieve goals
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details
Managed the implementation projects, led project work-streams, or conducted business analysis in a business and technology environment
Familiar with project management and SDLC methodologies
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and preferably an MBA

Own the marketing function, including overall marketing strategy, execution of growth and go-to-market initiatives and our brand messaging.
Implementation of the marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Working closely with the company’s sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
Drive product messaging, highlighting our value proposition, key benefits and features through compelling narratives for sales materials, white papers, case studies, and presentations.
Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Build and manage multichannel marketing campaigns to acquire leads and clients.
Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
Promote company at industry events by creating and delivering compelling content.
Constantly analyze and optimize channel results to increase ROI.
Proven marketing experience, including in a management role at a SaaS or advertising technology company.
Strong storytelling skills and an eye for per-audience content and messaging.
Data-driven professional able to creatively tackle obstacles and challenges.
Strong business senses and ability to spot opportunities in the ecosystem.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities.

Design and develop new modules using best partices.
Support existing platform including: additions to features, bug fixes.
Production Investigation of client issues, problem solving.
Explore and implement industry requirements (security, privacy rules, regulations)
Understand customer needs, involve in business requirements.
Relevant Bachelors degree
Client side coding: JavaScript, jQuery, Backbone, Marionette, CSS
Server side coding: C#, ASP.Net MVC
Build and maintain SQL queries
